Service Manager - Sheridan Dr/Amherst

Dunn Tire & Auto is seeking a Service Manager to help lead our service department and deliver a high-quality customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team performance, customer service, and daily service operations.. You will work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, maximize sales, and develop a high-performing team.

What You'll Do
• Lead and support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring every guest receives expert service and recommendations
• Train, coach, and mentor team members, helping them grow in their roles
• Oversee sales performance and profitability, driving the store to meet and exceed goals
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and scheduling employees to maintain efficient store operations
• Manage inventory levels and ordering, ensuring the right products are available for customers
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
• Handle customer inquiries, service issues, and escalations, ensuring high satisfaction
• Support shop operations as needed, including mounting and balancing tires

What Makes You a Great Fit
• 3-5+ years of retail management or leadership experience (automotive experience preferred)
• Strong sales, repair planning, and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships
• Proven ability to lead a team, coach employees, and drive performance
• Time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Experience with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
